Perspective is everything

I became FEARLESS in what needed to be lost in my life.
One of my favorite personal growth quotes, "do not fear what needs to be lost", was a theme for me on my growth journey.
For me, what needed to be lost was my entire old life...
Friends. Marriage. Where I lived. EVERYTHING.
And that was scary, the fear of the unknown.
But what I learned was...
It needed to be lost because I was on my journey to break free…
To Uncage My Life🚀
I am a transformation seeker. I am here to go deep. To dive in.
To make change. To learn who I am. To live my life authentically.
Often times we find ourselves at a crossroad
Between what we truly desire
And what feels ‘safe’
You know that nudge you feel deep within yourself.
The one that you get glimpses of where you think… I want to do that.
That thing that lights you up🔥
But then you don’t…
Your inner voice starts talking you out of it
I’ve been there & I’m still there with certain things.
And when that happens I will ask myself “is there something that needs to be lost in order for me to get to where and what I’m running towards?”
Here's how I work through this. because my beautiful friend, that feeling deep within isn't something to take lightly. That's your soul talking. Your inner phoenix. The question is, are you listening? Here's how I like to get down deep when my inner phoenix starts nuding me:
I grab my journal and freely write whatever comes up. It’s here where you can find your answer.

💌 P.S. When I feel that inner nudge, the one asking me to pause, reflect, or let something shift, I almost always come back to two things: journaling and somatic practices.
The Uncage Your Life Gratitude & Happiness Journal is the space I return to when I need clarity, honesty, and room to listen to myself without judgment.
And if you’re craving something more embodied, my free somatic audio sessions are a simple way to slow down, come back into your body, and connect with what you’re feeling beneath the noise.
